Danton's parents were able to spend their 4th of July weekend with us thanks to Danton's new calling. Now that it is official we can now tell you all that Danton is now the 2nd counselor in the Bishopric. Danton's Dad was good enough to come over to set Danton apart as a high priest. It was a great experience for all of us. Danton is very nervous, which is understandable, but is going to put his trust in the Lord and go forward. I know that Danton was put into the calling for a reason and believe that he will be able to bring a lot to the ward through the experiences he has had thus far in his life. He will also be able to learn so much through this calling that will help him through out the rest of his life. It will definitely teach him how to juggle a lot of thing in his life and teach him how to keep it balanced.
Lily will be turning three years old this Sunday! So, while Danton's folks were here we had a little B-day party for her. We let her open up on present on Friday night and then she opened the rest of them on Saturday. This funny thing was on Sunday Lily woke up went downstairs and sat on the couch and said "present?" She sure picked up on that quickly!
For her B-day cake we just did ice cream cones. As you can tell it was a big hit. :)
Lily LOVES to blow out candles and I think we re-lite these ones three times before she would eat her ice cream.

These last two pictures were taken a few weeks ago but I just thought is was to cute. Lily found some of Danton's dental tools and one of his model mouths and started to work on its teeth. So, what do you think will Dentistry run in our family?
